This soft playground & jumping castle package is great for older kids, toddlers and babies. We can seperate the spaces by fencing to ensure the soft play is secure away from the older kids and castles.

Please note this package is inclusive of perimeter fencing. Please let us know if this is not needed.

A clearance of at least 1 metre is required for blower allowance. This measurement is not included in the measurement area listed above.

Custom Personalisation:
Decals start at $70 and are dependant on your design and size.

Additional Time - $50 Per additional hour hired before 6pm. All late events require an after-hours fee for pick up.

You may secure your date with a 30% deposit.

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING:

• We do NOT set up on dirt, gravel, or uneven surfaces.

• Absolutely NO FACE PAINT is allowed on our equipment.

• There is a $200 Refundable Bond. (This is refunded 2-3 business days after your event)

• We currently do not accept events at public parks.

SPACE ACCESS:
Flat, level ground is required for setup. We cannot set up the soft play on uneven surfaces. If the setup is on grass, please ensure it has been mowed a few days before the event, as the soft mats may not stay together otherwise. If there are stairs involved in the setup, please contact us via our form before booking. If these requirements are not met and we are unable to set up at your event location, your booking may be canceled, and payment forfeited on the day.
